Line Sharing Notwithstanding any other provision of the Amended Agreement (but subject to the conditions set forth in Section 2 above), Verizon shall provide access to Section 251(c)(3) Line Sharing in accordance with 47 C.F.R. § 51.319(a)(1)(i). For the avoidance of any doubt, the FCC's transition rules set forth in 47 C.F.R. § 51.319(a)(1)(i) became effective independently of this Amendment prior to the Amendment Effective Date, and this Section 3.10 is only intended to memorialize such rules for the convenience of the Parties and in compliance with the Arbitration Orders.
Line Splitting 3.7.1 Line splitting allows a provider of data services (a Data LEC) and a provider of voice services (a Voice CLEC) to deliver voice and data service to End Users over the same Loop. The Voice CLEC and Data LEC may be the same or different carriers.
Line Outage Costs Notwithstanding anything in the NYISO OATT to the contrary, the Connecting Transmission Owner may propose to recover line outage costs associated with the installation of Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities or System Upgrade Facilities or System Deliverability Upgrades on a case-by-case basis.
Line Side An End Office connection that provides transmission, switching and optional features suitable for Customer connection to the public switched network, including loop start supervision, ground start supervision and signaling for BRI- ISDN service.
Line Splitting – UNE-L In the event TWTC provides its own switching or obtains switching from a third party, TWTC may engage in line splitting arrangements with another CLEC using a splitter, provided by TWTC, in a Version: 4Q06 Standard ICA 11/30/06 Collocation Space at the central office where the loop terminates into a distribution frame or its equivalent.
Electronic Invoicing (eInvoicing The Contractor may supply electronic invoices in lieu of paper-based invoices for those transactions processed through MFMP. Contractor may establish electronic invoicing within ninety (90) days of written request to the Department. Electronic invoices shall be submitted to the Customer through the Ariba Network (AN) in one of three mechanisms as listed below. The Contractor will work with the MFMP management team to obtain specific requirements for the eInvoicing.
Electronic invoicing The WAWF system provides the method to electronically process vendor payment requests and receiving reports, as authorized by Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) 252.232- 7003, Electronic Submission of Payment Requests and Receiving Reports.
Telephone Usage The Federation shall not cause any long distance telephone or any other charges to be billed to the District.
Swing Shift Employees who regularly work on a full shift of eight (8) hours or more on swing shift as defined in Section 12.6.1 (Types of Shifts), which includes four (4) hours or more between the hours of 5:00 p.m. and 12:00 midnight, shall be paid their regular salary plus seven and one-half percent (7½%) of their monthly salary per month.
CLEC OUTAGE For a problem limited to one CLEC (or a building with multiple CLECs), BellSouth has several options available for restoring service quickly. For those CLECs that have agreements with other CLECs, BellSouth can immediately start directing traffic to a provisional CLEC for completion. This alternative is dependent upon BellSouth having concurrence from the affected CLECs. Whether or not the affected CLECs have requested a traffic transfer to another CLEC will not impact BellSouth's resolve to re-establish traffic to the original destination as quickly as possible.
