Lines of Insurance. 4.1 The lines of insurance covered by this Agreement, which MGA is authorized to solicit, receive, and accept, are limited to those set forth in Schedule I, and are further subject to the limits set forth in the Company’s Program and Products Manual (“Manual”), as amended and updated by the Company from time to time in its sole discretion, and incorporated herein by reference. Amendments and updates to the Manual may include, without limitation, the addition or deletion of lines of insurance. Amendments and updates shall be delivered to MGA as they are adopted by the Company and shall become effective at such time as is designated by the Company, but not less than sixty (60) days after notice to MGA unless otherwise mutually agreed.

Lines of Insurance. The MGA is hereby authorized to accept, bind, issue, and process endorsements, on forms approved by the Insurer, applications, binders and/or policies (the “Policies”) written by or through sub-producers (as defined below) for classes of insurance described as private passenger automobile insurance policies, in accordance with the Insurer’s underwriting procedure manuals and guidelines.

  • Types of Insurance The types and amounts of insurance required to be maintained under this Article are as follows:

  • Maintenance of Insurance The Company shall use commercially reasonable efforts to obtain and maintain in effect during the entire period for which the Company is obligated to indemnify the Indemnitee under this Agreement, one or more policies of insurance with reputable insurance companies to provide the officers/directors of the Company with coverage for losses from wrongful acts and omissions and to ensure the Company’s performance of its indemnification obligations under this Agreement. The Indemnitee shall be covered by such policy or policies in accordance with its or their terms to the maximum extent of the coverage available for any such director or officer under such policy or policies. In all such insurance policies, the Indemnitee shall be named as an insured in such a manner as to provide the Indemnitee with the same rights and benefits as are accorded to the most favorably insured of the Company’s directors and officers.

  • Evidence of Insurance Receipt by the Administrative Agent of copies of insurance policies or certificates of insurance of the Loan Parties evidencing liability and casualty insurance meeting the requirements set forth in the Loan Documents, including, but not limited to, naming the Administrative Agent as additional insured (in the case of liability insurance) or loss payee (in the case of hazard insurance) on behalf of the Lenders.

  • Certificates of Insurance Prior to commencing under this Contract, Supplier must furnish to Sourcewell a certificate of insurance, as evidence of the insurance required under this Contract. Prior to expiration of the policy(ies), renewal certificates must be mailed to Sourcewell, 000 00xx Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx, X.X. Box 219, Staples, MN 56479 or sent to the Sourcewell Supplier Development Administrator assigned to this Contract. The certificates must be signed by a person authorized by the insurer(s) to bind coverage on their behalf. Failure to request certificates of insurance by Sourcewell, or failure of Supplier to provide certificates of insurance, in no way limits or relieves Supplier of its duties and responsibilities in this Contract.
