List of District’s Pre-Approved Flex Activities. The District will maintain a list of pre- 29 approved activities in electronic form that will allow faculty members to interactively and quickly 30 calculate the total number of flex hours associated with their chosen/intended activities.
List of District’s Pre-Approved Flex Activities. 7 The District will maintain a list of pre-approved activities and post it on the Faculty Excellence 8 Committee website. The list will provide the bargaining unit member with a broad range of 9 activities from which to choose. 11 Suggested additions to the list can be made at any time, and the Faculty Excellence Committee 12 will have an opportunity to provide feedback. 14 No activity present on the pre-approved list on the first day of the academic year will be deleted 15 during the course of that year. The list will be finalized by the Office of Instruction by the end of 16 each spring term.
