List of Part-Time Employees. Once every four (4) months, the Local Union shall be provided with an electronic list of persons regularly employed for twenty-four (24) hours per week or less, who have been employed continuously for two (2) months or more and persons hired for projects of a non-recurring kind. The College shall supply the list showing the name, start date, anticipated termination date if known, job performed, department, payband, estimated average hours per week, and regular work location, of each such employee.
