List of Permits. Within 90 days after the date of this Agreement, Ashland shall provide to HoldCo and Marathon a list setting forth all material certificates, licenses, permits, authorizations, Consents and approvals issued or granted to Ashland by, and all material exemptions of, or registrations or filings with, Governmental Entities (“Permits”), that are used, held for use or intended to be used in the operation or conduct of the VIOC Centers.
List of Permits. Section 4.22(a)(x) of the Seller Disclosure Schedule sets forth a true and complete list of all required permits, licenses, registrations, certificates, orders, clearances or approvals issued under the FD&C Act (“FD&C Permits”) and held by the Company.
