Listing Broker’s Duties. Listing Broker agrees to exercise reasonable effort to achieve the purposes of this Agreement and is authorized but not required to advertise and market the Property in any medium selected by Listing Broker. Listing Broker agrees to list Property in the appropriate MLS.
Listing Broker’s Duties. To provide limited brokerage services to all parties to the transaction honestly and in good faith. To exercise reasonable skill and care in providing brokerage services to all parties. To keep any confidential information given to the licensee in confidence, or any information obtained by the licensee that the licensee knows a reasonable individual would want to keep confidential unless disclosure of this information is required by law, or violates a fiduciary duty to a client, becomes public knowledge, or is authorized by the party in writing. When assisting a party in the negotiation of a real estate transaction, present all written offers and any potential leads in a timely and truthful manner. When accepting an agreement to list an owner's property for sale or rent, the broker or his or her licensee shall, at a minimum, accept delivery of and present to the consumer all offers, counteroffers, and addenda to assist you, the consumer, in negotiating offers, counter offers, and addenda, and to answer the consumer's questions relating to the transaction.

  • Broker’s Duties Xxxxxx agrees to exercise all reasonable efforts while providing a fiduciary duty to act in the best interests of the Seller. Broker shall market the Property to the best of their abilities in order to achieve the highest sales price feasible for the Seller. Broker shall make all attempts to transfer the Property to a qualified Buyer and shall follow-up with every effort to ensure such result is to the benefit of the Seller.

  • INTRODUCING BROKERS In the situation where you have been introduced to us by an introducing broker, you consent to us exchanging information with that introducing broker for the purposes of this clause 28. You may withdraw your consent by advising us accordingly in writing.

  • No Broker’s Fees Neither the Company nor any of its subsidiaries is a party to any contract, agreement or understanding with any person (other than this Agreement) that would give rise to a valid claim against the Company or any of its subsidiaries or any Underwriter for a brokerage commission, finder’s fee or like payment in connection with the offering and sale of the Shares.

  • No Brokers The Company has taken no action which would give rise to any claim by any person for brokerage commissions, transaction fees or similar payments relating to this Agreement or the transactions contemplated hereby.

  • Liability for Brokers’ Fees Buyer has not incurred any liability, contingent or otherwise, for brokers’ or finders’ fees relating to the transactions contemplated by this Agreement for which Seller shall have any responsibility whatsoever.

  • No Broker Neither Seller nor any Affiliate of Seller has dealt with any broker, investment banker, agent or other Person, except for Buyer or an Affiliate of Buyer, who may be entitled to any commission or compensation in connection with any Transaction.

  • Seller’s Duties Seller agrees to make a reasonable effort to accommodate the Broker, including, but not limited to, open houses, showings, Buyer appointments, inspections, testing, and any other requests regarding the use of the Property. When receiving offers, the Seller agrees, in good faith, to consider all proposals, letters, or similar contracts presented by the Broker. Seller shall be the only party responsible for determining the Purchase Price or any price for the sale of the Property.
