Listing of Employees. The City shall furnish the Union with three (3) copies (2 Union - 1 Trust) of a list of all new employees with the Department of Fire & Rescue Operations indicating their starting date of employment, name, address and telephone number, within thirty (30) days of their starting date. The City shall furnish the Union with three (3) copies (2 Union - 1 Trust) of all current rosters of Department employees and shall make quarterly notification of any changes made therein.
