Literature Selection & Prioritization. For the development of the Inventory of impact of physical chemical properties on (eco)toxicological endpoints data were collected from peer-reviewed public literature. The literature was selected and prioritized. Then the data from the literature was entered into the database. Publication searching was carried out in Scopus. These files were uploaded in the NANoREG WP6 literature database in specific queries. After uploading of the .bibtex file the database can extract the reference information and abstract from the .bibtex file and store it in the database. After the literature was collected, it was further selected and prioritized according to the below criteria by reviewing the reference and abstract: - The article should be published in English (in search); - The article should be the primary source of data (manual); - The article should be presented as a full article (in search); - The title and abstract are checked for relevance for inclusion based on the following criteria (manual); o Is the paper regarding a nanomaterial of interest; o Does the paper contain information relevant for biological activity; - Studies that contain a good physical chemical characterization are assessed with higher priority (manual) Some of these cr...

  • POST ONLINE PUBLIC AUCTION PROCEDURES 4.1. Successful E-bidders shall and undertake to sign the Memorandum of Sale at the office of the Auctioneer within 3 working days from the date of auction, failing which the deposit paid will be forfeited to the Assignee bank and the sale will be deemed cancelled/terminated and the property may be put up again for subsequent auction without further notice to the said E-Bidders. The Auctioneer shall send the Memorandum of Sale for stamping and thereafter forward the same together with the required deposit paid under Clause 2.4 above and the differential sum paid under this clause (if any) to the Assignee bank. 4.2. Any successful E-bidder who is unable to attend to sign the Memorandum of Sale at the Auctioneer's office may do so by authorising another person to sign the same of his/her behalf by inserting the particulars of the authorised person and furnishing a copy of his/her identity card and also a Letter of Authorisation for this purpose. 4.3. In the event that there is inconsistency between the personal details and the documents uploaded in the PAH Website and the actual documents produced by the successful bidder, the Auctioneer shall have the right to refuse the successful bidder from signing the Memorandum of Sale and may at its discretion cancel the sale and proceed to put up property up for a new auction and the deposit paid shall be forfeited. 4.4. The Memorandum of Sale upon being signed by the Auctioneer, Solicitor for the Assignee bank and the successful Bidder/Authorised agent shall be conclusive evidence of the sale of the property to the successful bidder.

  • Collection Procedures (a) On or before the Closing Date, the Seller and the Purchaser shall have established and shall maintain thereafter the system of collecting and processing Collections of Receivables in accordance with Section 2.02 of the Servicing Agreement. (b) The Seller shall cause all in-store payments to be (i) processed as soon as possible after such payments are received by the Seller but in no event later than the Business Day after such receipt, and (ii) delivered to the Servicer or, if a Daily Payment Event has occurred, deposited in the Collection Account no later than the second Business Day following the date of such receipt. (d) Any funds held by the Seller representing Collections of Receivables shall, until delivered to the Servicer or deposited in the Collection Account, be held in trust by the Seller on behalf of the Trustee as part of the Trust Estate. (e) The Seller hereby irrevocably waives any right to set off against, or otherwise deduct from, any Collections. (f) The Seller acknowledges that Seller shall not have any right, title or interest in and to any Trust Account.

  • Transaction Procedures All series transactions for the Designated Series shall be consummated by payment to, or delivery by, the Custodian(s) from time to time designated by the Fund (the “Custodian”), or such depositories or agents as may be designated by the Custodian in writing, of all cash and/or securities due to or from the Series. The Subadviser shall not have possession or custody of such cash and/or securities or any responsibility or liability with respect to such custody. The Subadviser shall advise the Custodian and confirm in writing to the Fund all investment orders for the Designated Series placed by it with brokers and dealers at the time and in the manner set forth in Schedule A hereto (as amended from time to time). The Fund shall issue to the Custodian such instructions as may be appropriate in connection with the settlement of any transaction initiated by the Subadviser. The Fund shall be responsible for all custodial arrangements and the payment of all custodial charges and fees, and, upon giving proper instructions to the Custodian, the Subadviser shall have no responsibility or liability with respect to custodial arrangements or the act, omissions or other conduct of the Custodian.
