Living Contract Committee. (This Section and sub-sections shall be suspended and inoperative for the 2010-2011 and 2011-2012 school years.) The parties agree to establish a joint committee, involving both bargaining units represented by UESF, to provide for regular, on-going discussions and decision-making on matters germane to improved union-management relations and more effective overall system operations.
