Common use of Living Expenses Clause in Contracts

Living Expenses. Such expenses, covering the entire period from day of departure from to day of return to the Seller's base, shall include but shall not be limited to lodging, food and local transportation to and from the place of lodging and the training course location. The Buyer shall reimburse the Seller for such expenses at the per diem rate currently used by the Seller for its personnel.
