Common use of Living Expenses Clause in Contracts

Living Expenses. where a Xxxxxxx and/or his/her family is unable to reside in a new residence due to the former residence having been vacated or otherwise rendered unavailable as a result of the sale or rental of the house or uninhabitable as a result of the furniture and personal effects of the Xxxxxxx being transferred to the new location or placed into storage, the COMPANY will pay living expenses for the days where the Xxxxxxx is unable to reside in the new residence to a maximum as agreed and pre-approved by the COMPANY.
