Load Out and Transport. (a) Employees whose ordinary hours of work finish at or before noon shall: (i) be paid the ordinary rate plus 25% thereof. (ii) be allowed a crib time of not more than thirty (30) minutes at a mutually agreed time. Such crib time shall count as time worked and in lieu of the provisions of Clause 2.9 (Meal Times) and Clause 9.2 (Rest Periods). (b) Employees whose ordinary hours of work finish after 12 noon shall: (i) Be paid time and one half for all ordinary hours worked prior to 7.00 a.m. (ii) Where applicable be entitled to the provisions of Clause 2.9 (Meal Times) and Clause

  • NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner Obligations Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO shall cause the New York State Transmission System and the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities to be operated, maintained and controlled in a safe and reliable manner in accordance with this Agreement and the NYISO Tariffs. Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO may provide operating instructions to Developer consistent with this Agreement, NYISO procedures and Connecting Transmission Owner’s operating protocols and procedures as they may change from time to time. Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO will consider changes to their respective operating protocols and procedures proposed by Developer.

  • SHIPPING AND AIR TRANSPORT 1. Profits of an enterprise of a Contracting State from the operation of ships or aircraft in international traffic shall be taxable only in that State. 2.
