LOCAL 285 APPRENTICESHIP COMMITTEE. 27.1 The Local Apprenticeship Committee shall be com- posed of six members, three members chosen by each of the Parties to this Agreement and all apprentices will be indentured to this committee. 27.2 The Local Apprenticeship Committee shall be re- sponsible for the administration of local apprenticeship standards and for coordinating those standards with the current Ontario Apprenticeship Legislation. 27.3 The purpose of the Committee will be to estab- lish an efficient apprentice training program designed to meet the increasing skills required by the expanding sheet metal industry, including the establishment of night school courses for apprentices of various levels of experience. 27.4 Any registered apprentices absent from night school without reasonable justification shall be suspended from work:
