Common use of Local Development Permits Clause in Contracts

Local Development Permits. The Development standards for the Property shall be as set forth in the Zoning Regulations. Specific permits must be obtained prior to commencing Development, consistent with the standards set forth in the Zoning Regulations. Building Permits must be obtained under applicable law for any vertical construction, and appropriate permits must be obtained from the DHEC and Army Corps of Engineers, when applicable, prior to any impact upon freshwater wetlands. It is specifically understood that the failure of this Agreement to address a particular permit, condition, term or restriction does not relieve the Owner(s), its successors and assign, of the necessity of complying with the law governing the permitting requirements, conditions, terms or restrictions, unless otherwise provided hereunder.
