Common use of Local Development Permits Clause in Contracts

Local Development Permits. In accordance with G.S. 160A-400.25(a)(6), the local development permits approved or needed to be approved for the development of the Project are set forth in Section 4.36as Exhibit F attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. The failure of this Agreement to address a particular permit, condition, term or restriction does not relieve the University of the necessity of complying with their permitting requirements, conditions, terms or restrictions. The Town shall exercise reasonable diligence to expedite the processing of the required permit and approval applications for the development of the Project. The University shall in a timely manner provide the Town with all documents, applications, plans, and other information necessary for the Town to carry out its obligations hereunder.
