Common use of Local Development Permits Clause in Contracts

Local Development Permits. The Project may require additional permits or approvals from the City, County, State, or Federal government and any division thereof. Subject to required legal process and approvals, the City shall make a good faith effort to take all reasonable steps to cooperate with and facilitate all such approvals, including acting as an applicant.
