LOCAL FARES. Contractor shall establish (and US Airways shall publish) local (selling) fares applicable to Contractors' US Airways Express city-pairs served on a non-stop basis only, and Contractor shall be paid its local fares for passengers traveling solely on Contractor's US Airways Express flights in accordance with industry and Clearing House practices. Contractor may establish US code fares in any connecting or through flight city pairs where it serves one or more segments pursuant to Section 2.01 of this Agreement only if no other US Airways Group entity, affiliate, subsidiary, contract codeshare carrier, or any combination thereof serves the origination city or the destination city unless all segments of Contractor's connecting service operate pursuant to Section 2.02.

  • Local Traffic Traffic that is originated by a Customer of one Party on that Party’s network and terminates to a Customer of the other Party on that other Party’s network within Verizon's then current local calling area (including non-optional local calling scope arrangements) as defined in Verizon’s effective Customer Tariffs. A non- optional local calling scope arrangement is an arrangement that provides Customers a local calling scope (Extended Area Service, “EAS”), beyond their basic exchange serving area. Local Traffic does not include optional local calling scope traffic (i.e., traffic that under an optional rate package chosen by the Customer terminates outside of the Customer’s basic exchange serving area). IntraLATA calls originated on a 1+ presubscription basis, or on a casual dialed (10XXX/101XXXX) basis are not considered Local Traffic. Local Traffic does not include any Internet Traffic.

  • Local Switching 4.1.1 BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to local circuit switching capability, and local tandem switching capability, on an unbundled basis, except as set forth below in Section 4.1.

  • Fares The employer shall arrange and pay for economy air fare or economy rail fare except when overnight rail travel is involved when a first class sleeping berth shall be provided.

  • Local Number Portability The Permanent Number Portability (PNP) database supplies routing numbers for calls involving numbers that have been ported from one local service provider to another. PNP is currently being worked in industry forums. The results of these forums will dictate the industry direction of PNP. BellSouth will provide access to the PNP database at rates, terms and conditions as set forth by BellSouth and in accordance with an effective FCC or Commission directive.

  • SBC-13STATE shall provide to CLEC Interconnection of the Parties’ facilities and equipment for the transmission and routing of Telephone Exchange Service traffic and Exchange Access traffic pursuant to the applicable Appendix ITR, which is/are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. Methods for Interconnection and Physical Architecture shall be as defined in the applicable Appendix NIM, which is/are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.

  • Coaching Informal discussion or instruction between employee and their immediate supervisor. Supervisor may follow up in writing which may include a simple action plan. This is not a form of corrective action.

  • Classrooms The Board shall be responsible for maintaining a standard of cleanliness in each teacher’s classroom.

  • Internet Traffic Any traffic that is transmitted to or returned from the Internet at any point during the duration of the transmission.

  • Passengers THE CARRIER shall be liable for damages resulting from death or bodily injury to a Passenger by the sole reason that the act which caused the damages took place on board the aircraft or during boarding or deboarding the aircraft.

  • Message Screening 7.4.4.4.1 BellSouth shall set message screening parameters so as to accept valid messages from MRC local or tandem switching systems destined to any signaling point within BellSouth’s SS7 network where the MRC switching system has a valid signaling relationship. 7.4.4.4.2 BellSouth shall set message screening parameters so as to pass valid messages from MRC local or tandem switching systems destined to any signaling point or network accessed through BellSouth’s SS7 network where the MRC switching system has a valid signaling relationship. 7.4.4.4.3 BellSouth shall set message screening parameters so as to accept and pass/send valid messages destined to and from MRC from any signaling point or network interconnected through BellSouth’s SS7 network where the MRC SCP has a valid signaling relationship.
