Fares definition

Fares means the prices to be paid to air carriers or their agents or other ticket sellers for the carriage of passengers on air services (including any other mode of transport in connection therewith) and the conditions under which those prices apply, including remuneration and conditions offered to agency and other auxiliary services;
Fares means the prices to be paid by passengers to air carriers, rail-transport operators, their agents or other ticket sellers for the carriage of those passengers on transport services and any conditions under which those prices apply, including remuneration and conditions offered to agency and other auxiliary services;
Fares means fares and other charges in connection with the conveyance of passengers and their luggage;

Examples of Fares in a sentence

  • This Clause is to be read in lieu of Clause 30.4 of the Award provided that should the Fares Allowance provided in the Award exceed that provided in this Clause, the higher rate shall apply.
