LOCAL GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEE-MANAGEMENT RELATIONS ACT. A. The parties acknowledge that in respect to any non-mandatory subject of bargaining as defined in the Act which may be included in this agreement, the County is not waiving or in any way limiting its right pursuant to the Act to refuse to bargain over non-mandatory subjects in future negotiations.
