Common use of Local Hiring Program Clause in Contracts

Local Hiring Program. Developer shall implement and monitor the Local Hiring Program as set forth in Exhibits “F-1” and “F-2”. At least sixty (60) days before recruitment is opened up to general circulation for initial, Developer or the operator of the commercial space shall prepare and submit to the City’s Planning Director for review and approval a written local hiring program consistent with the obligations under this Agreement. The approved local hiring plan may be amended from time to time thereafter, subject to the Planning Director’s review and approval.

At least sixty (60) days before recruitment is opened up to general circulation for initial, Developer or the operator of the commercial space shall prepare and submit to the City’s Planning Director for review and approval a written local hiring program consistent with the obligations under this Agreement. The approved local hiring plan may be amended from time to time thereafter, subject to the Planning Director’s review and approval.

The approved local hiring plan may be amended by Developer from time to time thereafter, subject to the Planning Director’s review and approval.
