There shall provide be equal employee and employer representation and the other with a list chairing of names of its Occupational Health & Safety Committee designates such meetings will alternate between employees and the Employer. Employee representatives shall be appointed by Contract Area and it the Union. Unsafe Work Conditions No employee shall also supply names of its Safety Representatives by seniority block.
(e) Both parties agree thatbe disciplined for refusal to work on an assignment which, in order to provide continuity, persons designated to the Local Occupation opinion of: a member of the Occupational Health and Safety Committee Committee; or a person designated by the Occupational Health and Safety Committee; or a safety officer; or a xxxxxxx at a worksite where there is no Safety Committee; after an on site inspection and following discussion with a representative of the Employer, does not meet the standards established pursuant to the Workers Compensation Act. Where an employee acts in compliance with regulations which restrict unsafe work pursuant to the Workers Compensation Board, Industrial Health and Safety Regulations (Section 3.12), they shall not be encouraged subject to remain disciplinary action. Injury Pay Provision An employee who is injured on the job during working hours and is required to leave for treatment or is sent home for such injury shall receive payment for the remainder of their shift without deduction from short-term of the Collective Agreementdisability leave.

Copies of all Committee minutes shall be distributed recorded and sent to the Union and the Employer. The Committee shall consist of three (3) union representatives, one (1) from the road crew, bridge crew and mechanical crew and three (3) management representatives. The Union shall determine replacement members to the Committee, where a representative from one (1) or more of the three (3) listed areas are not available.
(bc) Employees who are representatives of this the Committee shall not suffer any loss of current pay regular earnings for the time spent attending a committee meeting, job site inspection, or accident/incident investigation in accordance with the Workers' Compensation Board regulations.
(cd) Committee meetings shall be scheduled during normal working hours whenever practicable. Time spent by designate Committee designated committee members attending meetings held to committee business or accident investigation on their day days of rest or outside their regularly scheduled hours of work shall not be considered time worked, worked but such Committee members employees shall receive equivalent time off at the straight time rate.
(d) Each party shall provide the other with a list of names of its Occupational Health & Safety Committee designates by Contract Area and it shall also supply names of its Safety Representatives by seniority blockstraight-time.
(e) Both parties The Employer and the Union agree that, that it is mutually beneficial to have all members in order attendance at meetings of health and safety committees. The Employer shall make every reasonable effort to provide continuity, persons designated ensure that the union members are able to attend such meetings.
(f) On a monthly basis each crew shall have a crew safety meeting. Any unresolved concerns shall be forwarded to the Local Occupation Joint Committee. Monthly crew safety meetings shall be recorded and sent to the Union and the Joint Occupational Health and Safety Committee shall be encouraged to remain for the term of the Collective AgreementCommittee.
