LOCAL PROJECT COORDINATOR. The GRANTEE shall designate a local project coordinator who will be the authorized representative of the GRANTEE to deal with LCC in all matters relating to the GRANT AGREEMENT and the grant project. The local project coordinator will be the person identified in the grant application submitted by the GRANTEE unless changed by written notification from the GRANTEE. ARTICLE XXlV SEVERABILITY If any portion of this GRANT AGREEMENT is rendered void, invalid or unenforceable by any court of law, such a determination will not render void, invalid or unenforceable any other portion of this GRANT AGREEMENT.

  • Project Coordinator 3. Within 14 days of the effective date of this Consent Agreement, DTSC and Respondent shall each designate a Project Coordinator and shall notify each other in writing of the Project Coordinator selected.   • Project Steering Committee (a) The Recipient shall establish and maintain at all times until the completion of the Project, the Project Steering Committee with a composition, mandate and resources satisfactory to the Association.
