Local Union No. 309 agrees that it will indemnify and save this Employer harmless against all claims or all other forms of liability whatsoever that may arise out of failure to act, or by reason of action taken by the Local Union in connection with the operation of the non-discriminatory provisions governing the operation of the Referral Office.
Local Union No. 134 is a part of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers and any violation or annulment of the Agreement of this or any other Local Union of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers by the Company will be sufficient cause for cancellation of this Agreement after the facts have been determined by the International Office of the Union. The Company further agrees that it will not sublet, assign or transfer any work covered by this Agreement to any other person, firm or corporation that is not signatory to a collective bargaining agreement with the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers that active employees covered by this Agreement can perform by working a normal work week.
