The legal parcel(s) of land on which the Affordable Units will be constructed, together with any Affordable Units and appurtenant improvements constructed on the land, is the "Affordable Unit Property."   • Education of Students with Disabilities 3.5.1. The DOE is the State of Hawaii's “state education agency” (SEA) and “local education agency” (LEA) for purposes of compliance with the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA). All public schools, including charter schools, are part of and fall under the LEA.   • WORKING FROM HOME 51.1. Subject to this clause, the Employer may consider the introduction of working from home arrangements.
