Location of Aircraft. Mortgagor shall at all times keep the Aircraft registered under the laws of the United States of America. Mortgagor shall base the Aircraft in Las Vegas, Nevada, and Mortgagor shall not operate or locate the Aircraft or any Engine or permit the Aircraft or any Engine to be operated or located in: (a) any area or on any route excluded from coverage under the provisions of any insurance policy required by the terms of Paragraph 3.4 above; (b) any recognized, or, in Collateral Agent's reasonable judgment, threatened area of hostilities unless fully covered to Collateral Agent's reasonably satisfaction by war risk insurance; or (c) anywhere (i) not permitted under the applicable insurance policies covering the Aircraft and (ii) outside of the United States of America (excluding any U.S. territory, possession or offshore insular area), Canada, member states of the European Union, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Israel, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, South Korea, Costa Rica, the Cayman Islands or such other country with the written consent of the Collateral Agent, which consent may be withheld in Collateral Agent’s discretion.
Location of Aircraft. The Aircraft shall be principally hangared at Port Columbus International Airport, Columbus, Ohio during the Term. The Aircraft shall at all times be registered in the United States.

(b) The Borrower will not permit any Aircraft registered in any country other than the United States of America to land or be shipped outside the country in which it is registered unless (i) the country to which such Aircraft is landing or being shipped is subject to the Cape Town Convention and (ii) the Agents receive an opinion of counsel, reasonably satisfactory to the Agents acting at the direction of the Lenders, that the security interest granted to the Collateral Agent in respect of such Aircraft remains and/or will remain perfected following such landing or shipment.

Location of Aircraft. The Aircraft shall be principally hangared at Columbus, Ohio during the term of this Agreement. The Aircraft shall at all times be registered in the United States. The User may hire the Aircraft plus flight crew for flights in any geographic area of User’s choice except that the User agrees that he will not hire the Aircraft for flights into or over any area involved in war or insurrection.

  • Condition of Aircraft Upon any Return Occasion, Lessee shall return such Aircraft to Lessor in such condition that the Aircraft shall also comply with each and every condition and requirement set forth elsewhere in this Lease, including Exhibit E hereto.

  • Lease of Aircraft Lessor agrees to lease the Aircraft to Lessee pursuant to the provisions of FAR Section 91.501(b)(6) and Section 91.501(c)(1) and this Agreement, and to provide a fully-qualified and credentialed flight crew for all flights to be conducted hereunder during the Term (as defined in Section 13) hereof.
