Location of Cooperative Facilities. The Customer shall provide to the Cooperative suitable locations for the installation of electric facilities on the property of the Customer. The Customer shall provide the Cooperative or its power supplier, at no cost, an appropriate instrument of conveyance (acceptable to Customer’s secured lenders and the Cooperatives) for the substation property and permanent easements (acceptable to Customer’s secured lenders and the Cooperatives) for all other electric power supply facilities of the Cooperative or its power supplier located on site. The Customer shall provide site grading for the substation at no cost to the Cooperative and shall provide concrete pads for all distribution transformers and switchgear in accordance with specifications provided by the Cooperative.

Location of Cooperative Facilities. If necessary, the Customer will provide to the Cooperative suitable locations for the installation of electric facilities on the property of the Customer. The Customer shall provide the Cooperative or its power supplier, at no cost, a warranty deed for the substation property and permanent easements for all other electric power supply facilities located on site, including but not limited to, in and out transmission and distribution lines to permit multiple use of said facilities, on-site distribution lines and distribution transformer sites. The Customer agrees that if in the future there is a need to relocate the above mentioned facilities that the entire cost of removal and reinstallation will be at the expense of the Customer. The Customer will provide site grading for the substation at no cost to the Cooperative and further will provide a concrete pad for all service transformers in accordance with specifications provided by the Cooperative.
Location of Cooperative Facilities. OTAE will provide and maintain a suitable location for the installation of LREC’s facilities on or immediately adjacent to the property of OTAE, where and as may reasonably be required to deliver the power, hereunder, as close as practicable to the point of OTAE’s use.
