Right of Ingress and Egress. Lessee shall have at all times the right of ingress to and egress from the Leased Premises. To ensure this right, Lessor shall make all reasonable efforts to keep adjacent areas to the Leased Premises free and clear of all hazards and obstructions, natural or manmade.
Right of Ingress and Egress. Lessee shall have the right of ingress to and egress from the leased Premises, provided access to the airfield is not otherwise reasonably restricted by the Lessor. The Lessee understands that the Airport may be closed on a temporary basis and/or that airport use restrictions may be imposed, from time to time, for reasons including, but not limited to, hazardous conditions, special events, safety, security, noise, and environmental issues. In addition, the Lessee shall comply with any safety and security planning efforts reasonably adopted by the Lessor.
Right of Ingress and Egress. Subject to the reasonable rules and regulations promulgated by Lessor in accordance with Article XI hereof, Lessee shall have the right and privilege over the Airport of ingress to and egress from the premises and facilities described in this Article I for its employees, agents, passengers, guests, patrons and invitees, its or their suppliers of materials and furnishers of service, its or their aircraft, equipment, vehicles, machinery and other property, and, except as herein otherwise specifically provided, no charges, fees or tolls of any nature, direct or indirect, shall be imposed by Lessor upon Lessee, its employees, agents, passengers, guests, patrons and invitees, its or their suppliers of materials and furnishers of service for such right of ingress and egress, or for the privilege of purchasing, selling or using any materials, or services purchased or otherwise obtained by Lessee, or for transporting, loading, unloading or handling persons, property, cargo or mail in connection with Lessee's business or exercising any right or privilege granted by Lessor hereunder. Nothing in this Article I shall limit Lessor's right to impose, collect and use PFCs.
Right of Ingress and Egress. To the extent necessary, Company will furnish all rights-of-way and rights of ingress and egress necessary for the prosecution of the Work. Contractor shall not enter upon private property until all rights-of-way and rights of ingress and egress have been secured and verbal and/or written notification of such has been given to Contractor by the Company Representative. Contractor shall comply fully with any and all terms and conditions contained in such rights-of-way and rights of ingress and egress and shall fully indemnify Company, its parent and affiliated companies, in the same manner as set forth in Paragraph 19 above, for any costs and expenses incurred by Company, its parent and affiliated companies, as a result of any non-compliance therewith by Contractor.

To ensure this right, Lessor shall make all reasonable efforts to keep adjacent areas to the Leased Premises free and clear of all hazards and obstructions, natural or manmade, except that Lessee agrees to be responsible for snow removal around the perimeter of Lessee’s aircraft.
Right of Ingress and Egress. The right of ingress to and egress from the Operations Areas and over public roadways serving the Airport for Operator, its agents and employees, patrons and invitees, suppliers of service and furnishers of material, and its authorized subcontractors, if any. The right of ingress and egress shall be subject to such laws, rules, regulations, and orders as now or may hereafter have application at the Airport.
Right of Ingress and Egress. Buyer hereby grants unto Seller, to the extent it has a right to do so, full right of ingress or egress across properties of Buyer (or those of a third party, if applicable) for purposes of carrying out its obligations under this Agreement.

City hereby grants full and free right of ingress to and egress from Airport to Licensee, its employees, passengers, guests, invitees, suppliers of materials and furnishers of service, without charge, subject to the provisions herein and City's operating rules and regulations.
Right of Ingress and Egress. City hereby grants the right of ingress to and egress only to the Upper Departure level of Airport’s CTA to Licensee, Licensee’s TNC Drivers, passengers, and furnishers of service, subject to the provisions herein and City's, Airport’s and State of California’s operating rules and regulations provided that such ingress and egress activity: a) shall not impede or interfere with the operation of Airport by City or the use of the Airport by its tenants, passengers or employees; b) shall be subject to Airport Rules and Regulations, as amended from time to time, including those pertaining to badge, permitting and other security requirements, and the requirements of this License; c) shall be on roadways, and other areas, including specific area where the TNC Drivers may pick up or drop off passengers, designated by Executive Director from time to time; and d) may be suspended or revoked by Executive Director in the event of an emergency or threat to the Airport.
Right of Ingress and Egress. Lessor reserves the right of access, and ingress and egress across the Leased Premises including by way of any existing road or any road constructed by or for Lessee during the Lease Term. Use of any such road by Lessor or its agent must not unreasonably interfere with Xxxxxx’s activities with regard to the Leased Premises.
