Location of Qualifications Information for Positions. Position descriptions and classification specifications shall be available to all employees and to the Union at the University’s Office of Human Resources. At the time of the layoff notice, the University shall prepare and maintain an up- to-date list that includes the name of every employee listed by classification and title, and it shall include the total number of seniority points that each employee has. This list shall be given to the Union at the time that it is prepared.
