Common use of Lock Rotation Clause in Contracts

Lock Rotation. Landlord may, from time to time and without prior notice, change locks on any unit for security purposes. Resident will be instructed to exchange keys at the Apartment Community Office. Should a resident not return the original issued keys for the unit or fail to check-out their new keys within forty-eight (48) hours of the lock change the unit key(s) will be declared missing, the responsible Resident shall pay for the lock change of the entire unit.
