Lodge Representation. 7.01 The Lodge shall name an Office Committee of not more than two (2) members who shall be employees covered by this Agreement and who shall be Zone Representatives pursuant to Section 7.04 hereof. Prior to each meeting pursuant to Section 7.02 hereof, the Lodge shall name one special member who shall be an employee covered by this Agreement, and who shall be a Zone Representative pursuant to Section 7.04 hereof, and who shall serve as an Office Committee member only at a meeting for which he has been so named, except that such special member shall not be so named and shall not serve as an Office Committee member, if the Zone Representative for the Zone in which the matter under discussion is localized is a `regular' member of the Office Committee.
