FOP Delegates. Members who are duly elected or selected delegates or alternates to the State or National conferences of the Fraternal Order of Police shall be allowed reasonable time off duty to attend such functions. To the extent any such time is during a delegate’s scheduled working hours, the delegate shall be marked on special assignment for this purpose.

FOP Delegates. Duly elected delegates or alternates to the State and National Conferences of the Fraternal Order of Police shall be allowed to change their days off to coincide with the Conference dates. Any additional time off will be through the use of vacation time.

  • Union Delegates The Employer recognizes the right of the Union to designate Union Delegates who shall be authorized to take up employee or group grievances through the grievance procedure. A Union Delegate who is a bargaining unit employee and is processing a grievance in accordance with the grievance procedure shall be permitted a reasonable time to assist in the resolution of legitimate employee grievances on the Employer's property without loss of pay.
