Common use of Lodging Clause in Contracts

Lodging. Lodging will be reimbursed at actual cost incurred up to a maximum of the published Runzheimer Cost Index for the city in which the work is performed (the current maximum allowed reimbursement amount can be provided upon request). Receipts detailing each day / night lodging are required.
