The 'Periodic Charges' clause defines the obligation for one party to make regular payments at specified intervals, such as monthly or annually, for goods, services, or access provided under the agreement. This clause typically outlines the amount, frequency, and method of payment, and may address adjustments, late fees, or consequences of non-payment. Its core function is to ensure predictable and consistent revenue streams for the provider while clarifying the payment expectations and schedule for the paying party, thereby reducing disputes over payment timing and amounts.
Periodic Charges. In the case of any Cardmember who incurs Charges at one or more of your Establishments over a period of time rather than at the end of the stay, you must obtain Authorisation for each Charge before accepting each Charge. You must submit the Charge Record in accordance with this Agreement.
Periodic Charges. Where a periodic licence charge is indicated in a Schedule, the licence granted in Clause 4.3 is granted only for the Prepaid Period. Such licence will continue to be renewed automatically for each subsequent Prepaid Period unless terminated by the Customer by giving Fujitsu ninety (90) days’ notice prior to the expiry of a Prepaid Period.
Periodic Charges. Annual Contract Administration Charge – This charge will be no greater than the Annual Contract Administration Charge specified in Section 1. This charge will only be deducted if the Variable Account Value at the time the charge is due to be incurred is less than the minimum amount specified in Section 1. It will be deducted annually on the deduction date specified in Section 1. It will also be deducted when the Variable Account Value is withdrawn or transferred in full on a date other than the deduction date. The charge will not be deducted upon Annuitization, or after the Annuity Date.
Periodic Charges. For Programs subject to periodic charges and to periodic charges combined with one-time charges as specified in the Supplement, one of the following two payment options shall apply.

Periodic Charges. The periodic or per unit charges for the Services provided by BBT under this Transition Services Agreement shall be as set forth on Attachment 1. The parties agree that the rates charged for Services shall be subject to change during the Transition Period. If BBT experiences a material change in the cost of providing the Services, the parties will negotiate in good faith an adjustment of the rates, effective on the anniversary date of this Agreement, for the respective Services taking into consideration cost increases or decreases incurred by BBT and the increase or decrease in the usage of the Services by Bosch. Other rate changes, not caused by changes in the cost of providing Services, may be negotiated between the Parties as set forth in Attachment 1.
