Common use of Long Lead-Time Items Clause in Contracts

Long Lead-Time Items. The Construction Manager shall recommend to the Owner and Architect/Engineer a schedule for procurement of long-lead-time items which will constitute part of the Work as required to meet the Project schedule. If such long-lead-time items are procured by the Owner, they shall be procured on terms and conditions acceptable to the Construction Manager.
