Long Range Educational Facilities Plan. As part of the adopted Five Year District Facilities Work Program, the School Board shall annually adopt a tentative ten-year and a twenty-year work plan based upon revenue projections, COFTE projections and facility needs for the ten-year and twenty-year periods. It is recognized that the projections in the ten- and twenty-year time frames are tentative and should be used only for general planning purposes.
