Facility Prudential is willing to consider, in its sole discretion and within limits which may be authorized for purchase by Prudential Affiliates from time to time, the purchase of Shelf Notes pursuant to this Agreement. The willingness of Prudential to consider such purchase of Shelf Notes is herein called the “Facility”. At any time, the aggregate principal amount of Shelf Notes stated in Section 1.2, minus the aggregate principal amount of Shelf Notes purchased and sold pursuant to this Agreement prior to such time, minus the aggregate principal amount of Accepted Notes (as hereinafter defined) which have not yet been purchased and sold hereunder prior to such time, is herein called the “Available Facility Amount” at such time. NOTWITHSTANDING THE WILLINGNESS OF PRUDENTIAL TO CONSIDER PURCHASES OF SHELF NOTES BY PRUDENTIAL AFFILIATES, THIS AGREEMENT IS ENTERED INTO ON THE EXPRESS UNDERSTANDING THAT NEITHER PRUDENTIAL NOR ANY PRUDENTIAL AFFILIATE SHALL BE OBLIGATED TO MAKE OR ACCEPT OFFERS TO PURCHASE SHELF NOTES, OR TO QUOTE RATES, SPREADS OR OTHER TERMS WITH RESPECT TO SPECIFIC PURCHASES OF SHELF NOTES, AND THE FACILITY SHALL IN NO WAY BE CONSTRUED AS A COMMITMENT BY PRUDENTIAL OR ANY PRUDENTIAL AFFILIATE.
Facility Use The Employer shall allow individuals the use of gender- segregated facilities, such as restrooms, locker rooms, and dressing rooms that are consistent with that individual's gender expression or gender identity. In such facilities where undressing in the presence of others occurs, the Employer shall allow access to and use of a facility consistent with that individual's gender expression or gender identity.
Facility Manager The Promoter shall hand over management and upkeep of all Common Areas to a professional kid lily management organization (Facility Manager). In this regard, it is clarified that (1) the Facility Manager shall operate, manage and renderspecified day to day services with regard to the common areas of the Said Complex (2) the Facility Manager shall levy and collect the common expenses/maintenance charges (3)the Allottee shall be bound to pay the common expenses/maintenance charges to the Facility Manager (4) the Facility Manager, being a professional commercial organization, will not be required to render any accounts to the Allottee and it shall be deemed that the Facility Manager is rendering the services to the Allottee for commercial considerations (5) the Facility Manager shall merely be the service provider for rendition of services with regard to the common portions and no superior rights with regard to the common portions shall vest in the Facility Manager and(6) the Facility Manager may be replaced by consent of 80% (eighty percent) or more of the Allottees of the Said Complex/Whole Project.
Facility Access Notwithstanding any other provision of the Agreement, the Customer shall provide the Authority with such access to the Facility, and such documentation, as the Authority deems necessary to determine the Customer’s compliance with the Customer’s Supplemental Commitments specified in this Schedule B.
TEACHER FACILITIES A. Each school shall have the following facilities:

Access to Facility 13.1 Each Party shall ensure that its facilities are secured at all times.
Laundry Facilities SF State University assumes no responsibility in the use of laundry equipment or for lost items.
Facility Requirements 1. Maintain wheelchair accessibility to program activities according to governing law, including the Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA), as applicable.
Facilities Keep all properties useful or necessary to Borrower's business in good repair and condition, and from time to time make necessary repairs, renewals and replacements thereto so that such properties shall be fully and efficiently preserved and maintained.
