Long Service Awards. The parties shall consider a protocol and schedule for regular events at which to award medals of recognition for volunteers that have earned long service awards issued by the province, or the government of Canada. The parties shall also consider a protocol for issuing long service awards issued by the Employer, to be issued annually at the stations where recipients serve. End: Establish a meaningful ceremony to recognize the long service of members, with a view to enhancing the decorum and significance bestowed on members for their commitment to the fire department and service to the community.
Long Service Awards. Letters of recognition and certificates are given to employees who meet the milestones and ceremonies held as outlined in the scheme. Schools will decide if and how they wish to apply the scheme.
Long Service Awards. Every employee shall continue to receive the recognition of Long Service Awards as provided for in clause 19 of this Collective Agreement.
Long Service Awards. Any long-service awards which would be due for bestowal in the employee’s notice period (and any extension thereof as specified in Article 8 above) will be honoured by SWISS.
Long Service Awards. 24.1 In order to qualify for the long service awards an employee should have completed 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 years of continuous service with the same employer. Company mergers take-overs and change of management will not affect the employee’s service record.
24.2 The recipient shall be awarded with a long service certificate and a present or equivalent cash payment to be made at the end of the month following the employees anniversary of joining the organisation paid as follows; 10 55% 15 60% 20 70% 25 80% 30 90% 35 95% 40 100%
Long Service Awards. Employees who would celebrate a long term service award within 12 months after effective termination of employment shall receive the jubilee premium under the existing works agreement.
Long Service Awards. (1) The Club shall pay a long service award in accordance with the completed years of continuous service to all full time employees as follows -
(a) Upon completion of ten (10) years - $400
(b) Upon completion of fifteen (15) years - $600
(c) Upon completion of twenty (20) years - $800
(d) Upon completion of twenty-five (25) years - $1,000
(e) Every five (5) years beyond twenty-five (25) years - $1,000
(2) The cut-off date for these awards is 31st December and only eligible employees who are still in the Club’s service as at 31st December shall be eligible for the awards.
Long Service Awards. Article Civil Liability
Long Service Awards a) In order to show appreciation for services rendered by an employee and as an incentive to employees to work diligently so as to serve the Company for a long time, the Company shall make the following Long Service Awards:
(i) After seven (7) years of service the employee shall receive fifty (50) pieces of three (3)-metre corrugated iron sheets of gauge twenty eight (28) in kind and two (2) ton of cement or its equivalent in value at the time.
(ii) After fourteen (14) years of service the employee shall receive a new motor cycle.
(iii) In addition to the various awards mentioned above the Company shall, at each of the stages, issue the employee with a Certificate of Long Service stating the period served.
Long Service Awards. The Club shall xxxxx xxxx service awards to eligible employees as follows:
(1) $300 for employees who have completed five (5) years of service.
(2) $400 for employees who have completed ten (10) years of continuous service.
(3) $500 for employees who have completed fifteen (15) years of continuous service.
(4) $600 for employees who have completed twenty (20) years of continuous service.
(5) $800 for employees who have completed twenty-five (25) years of continuous service.
(6) $1,000 for employees who have completed thirty years (30) of continuous service.
