Common use of Longevity Benefits Clause in Contracts

Longevity Benefits. As increment of 3% of salary for a 12‐month, eight hours per‐day, full‐time employee at the end of 10, 15, 20, 25 and 30 years respectively, of satisfacotry service shall be added to the employee's annual salary. The longevity increment for those employees employed less than 12 months or less than eight hours per day will be prorated in accordance with the number of months and hours of regular employment.
