Loss of Accreditation. Where the Service Period is suspended pursuant to Clause 5.1 and the GCC Verifier's loss of accreditation is not expressed or intended by the GCC Program or the Accreditation Body to be a temporary measure, the GCC may, at its discretion, terminate this Agreement by notifying the GCC Verifier at least 15 Business days in advance of the date of termination.
Loss of Accreditation. The Registrar's auDA Accreditation is automatically terminated when this document terminates.

Loss of Accreditation. Where the Service Period is suspended pursuant to Clause 5.1 and the Service Provider's loss of accreditation is not expressed or intended by the Approved GHG Program or the IAF Accreditation Body to be a temporary measure, the VCSA may, at its discretion, terminate this Agreement by notifying the Service Provider at least 15 Business Days in advance of the date of termination. Where the Service Period is suspended and that suspension has been continuing for a period of at least 12 months, the VCSA may, at its discretion, terminate this Agreement by notifying the Service Provider at least 15 Business Days in advance of the date of termination.

Where the Service Period is suspended and that suspension has been continuing for a period of at least two (2) months, Verra or the Service Provider may, in their respective discretion, terminate this Agreement by notifying Verra or the Service Provider (as required) at least fifteen (15) Business Days in advance of the date of termination.
