Loss of Accreditation. Failure to maintain accreditation from either CARF or RSAS; (3-14-07)
Loss of Accreditation. Where the Service Period is suspended pursuant to Clause 5.1 and the GCC Verifier's loss of accreditation is not expressed or intended by the GCC Program or the Accreditation Body to be a temporary measure, the GCC may, at its discretion, terminate this Agreement by notifying the GCC Verifier at least 15 Business days in advance of the date of termination.
Loss of Accreditation. The Registrar's auDA Accreditation is automatically terminated when this document terminates.
Loss of Accreditation. The Issuer loses the benefit of its status as a Openbare vastgoedbeleggingsvennootschap met vast kapitaal / société d’investissement immobilière à capital fixe publique or, upon the modification of its regulatory status into a Openbare GVV / SIRP, of its status as a Openbare GVV / SIRP, except if the Issuer within 60 Business Days from such loss acquires a regulatory status under a “fiscally transparent” regime that (i) is substantially similar or (ii) does not result in a material adverse effect for the Bondholders.
Loss of Accreditation. The Issuer loses the benefit of the status of a Belgian REIT (Openbare vastgoedbeleggingsvennootschap met vast kapitaal/société d’investissement immobilière à capital fixe publique), except if the Issuer within 60 Business Days from such loss acquires a regulatory status under a “fiscally transparent” regime that (i) is substantially similar or (ii) does not result in a material adverse effect for the Bondholders.
Loss of Accreditation. If Aspen University shall have lost its accreditation status from the Distance Education Accrediting Commission or following the USU Acquisition, United States University shall he lost its status from the Western Association of Schools and Colleges.
Loss of Accreditation. Permit any action that would cause accreditation to be denied by the NCA with respect to UOP, and to the extent applicable any other Operating Subsidiary that is accredited by the NCA.
Loss of Accreditation. Where the Service Period is suspended pursuant to Clause 5.1 and the Service Provider's loss of accreditation is not expressed or intended by the Approved GHG Program or the IAF Accreditation Body to be a temporary measure, the VCSA may, at its discretion, terminate this Agreement by notifying the Service Provider at least 15 Business Days in advance of the date of termination. Where the Service Period is suspended and that suspension has been continuing for a period of at least 12 months, the VCSA may, at its discretion, terminate this Agreement by notifying the Service Provider at least 15 Business Days in advance of the date of termination.
Loss of Accreditation. Where the Service Period is suspended pursuant to Clause 5.1 and the Service Provider's loss of accreditation is not expressed or, as Verra may reasonably determine, intended by the relevant Accreditation Program to be a temporary measure, Verra may, at its discretion, terminate this Agreement by notifying the Service Provider at least fifteen (15) Business Days in advance of the date of termination. Where the Service Period is suspended and that suspension has been continuing for a period of at least two (2) months, Verra or the Service Provider may, in their respective discretion, terminate this Agreement by notifying Verra or the Service Provider (as required) at least fifteen (15) Business Days in advance of the date of termination.
Loss of Accreditation. The Registrar's SDNP Accreditation is automatically terminated when this document terminates.
