Loss of Certificate. In case of the alleged loss or destruction or the mutilation of a Share certificate, a duplicate certificate may be issued in place thereof, upon such terms as the Trustees may prescribe.

Loss of Certificate. If any Certificate issued in respect of the Stock Units shall be worn out or defaced, then on production of the Certificate to the Issuer, the Issuer shall cancel the same and issue a new Certificate in lieu of the worn out or defaced Certificate.
