Loss of Hours due to an Outbreak. In the event the Employer denies an employee access to work due to suspected carriage of a contagious disease (or because she has worked at another facility in outbreak) the employee will be credited with seniority hours for any scheduled shifts which may result provided that the employee has been properly vaccinated or is medically unable to received required vaccinations.
