Loss or Breakage of Safety Glasses. If in the line of duty an employee breaks his safety glasses or damages them to the extent that continued use would further impair the person's vision, the Company will repair or replace the glasses as appropriate without cost to the employee. Should similar breakage or damage occur away from the job or through the individual's negligence while at work, the cost of repair or replacement will be borne by the employee.
