Lost or Stolen Vehicle. If a Vehicle is not returned within 48 consecutive hours, then the Vehicle may be deemed lost or stolen by Veo, and a police report may be filed with local authorities. The data generated by the Services’ computer is conclusive evidence of the period of use of a Vehicle by a User. You must report any Vehicle disappearance or theft to Veo immediately or as soon as possible. You agree that You are responsible and liable for any misuse, consequences, claims, demands, causes of action, losses, liabilities, damages, injuries, costs and expenses, penalties, attorney’s fees, judgments, suits or disbursements of any kind or nature whatsoever related to a stolen or lost Vehicle during Your rental or reasonably resulting from your breach of this Agreement.

Lost or Stolen Vehicle. A Vehicle may be deemed lost or stolen if it is not returned at the end of the rental period. You agree to report any Vehicle theft or disappearance immediately to Wheels. You agree that You shall be responsible for a lost or stolen Vehicle, that Wheels may file a police report with the relevant authorities naming You as the last registered user of such vehicle, and that Your credit or debit card may be used by Wheels to collect a lost bike fee of up to $1,500 as soon as 24 hours after the Vehicle has gone missing.

You agrees the data generated by SMMS’s GPS tracking device and other data related to the Services is conclusive evidence of the period of Your use of a Vehicle. You agrees to report Vehicle disappearance or theft to Course as soon as possible.
Lost or Stolen Vehicle. A Vehicle may be deemed lost or stolen if (i) it is not returned within 24 consecutive hours, (ii) the Vehicle’s GPS unit is disabled, (iii) the Vehicle is parked on unauthorized private property, in a locked, area, in any other non- public space, or is otherwise inaccessible to Wheels for more than ten (10) minutes after the ride ends; (iv) the Vehicle moves more than thirty (30) feet after a rental has ended and Wheels believes such movement was due to Your failure to secure or return the Vehicle properly; or (v) other circumstances or facts that suggest to Wheels in its reasonable and good faith determination that a Vehicle has been lost or stolen. You agree to report any Vehicle theft or disappearance immediately to Wheels. As the last User of the Vehicle, You agree that You shall be responsible for a lost or stolen Vehicle and that Wheels shall have the authority to take any and all actions it deems appropriate (with respect to You as the last User of the Vehicle), including (without limitation) obtaining restitution and other appropriate compensation and damages, and filing a police report with the relevant authorities. You agree that any data generated by the Vehicle computer is conclusive evidence of the period of Use of a Vehicle by You.
Lost or Stolen Vehicle. A Vehicle may be deemed lost or stolen if (a) the Vehicle is not returned within 24 hours of activation, (b) the Vehicle’s GPS unit is disabled, (c) the Vehicle is parked on unauthorized private property, in a locked area, or in any other non-public space for more than ten minutes after a ride ends, (d) the Vehicle moves more than thirty feet after a rental has ended and Operator believes such movement was not caused by another Rider or authorized third party, or (e) other facts and circumstances suggest to Operator, in its reasonable, good faith determination, that a Vehicle has been lost or stolen. Operator and You agree that the last Rider of a Vehicle shall be responsible for a lost or stolen Vehicle unless facts and circumstances suggest otherwise to Operator in its reasonable, good faith determination. If Operator deems a Vehicle lost or stolen, Operator shall have the authority to take any and all actions it deems appropriate (with respect to the last Rider of a Vehicle or otherwise), including (without limitation) obtaining restitution and other appropriate compensation and damages and filing a police report with local authorities. Rider agrees the data generated by Operator’s systems (including those provided by Technology Services Provider) is conclusive evidence of the period of use of a Vehicle by a Rider. Rider agrees to report Vehicle disappearance or theft to Operator immediately or as soon as possible.

If Ebees deems a Vehicle lost or stolen, Ebeesuk shall have the authority to take any and all actions it deems appropriate (with respect to the last Rider of a Vehicle or otherwise), including (without limitation) obtaining restitution and other appropriate compensation and damages and filing a police report with local authorities. Rider agrees to report Vehicle disappearance or theft to Ebees immediately. Ebees can charge a £800 pound compensation fee for lost or stolen scooters/bikes.

Ride Goat and You agree that the last Rider of a Vehicle shall be responsible for a lost or stolen Vehicle unless facts and circumstances suggest otherwise to Ride Goat in its reasonable, good faith determination. If Ride Goat deems a Vehicle lost or stolen, Ride Goat shall have the authority to take any and all actions it deems appropriate (with respect to the last Rider of a Vehicle or otherwise), including (without limitation) obtaining restitution and other appropriate compensation and damages and filing a police report with local authorities. Rider agrees the data generated by Ride Goat’s computer is conclusive evidence of the period of use of a Vehicle by a Rider. Xxxxx agrees to report Vehicle disappearance or theft to Ride Goat immediately or as soon as possible at xxxxx@xxxxxxxx.xxx.
Lost or Stolen Vehicle. If a Vehicle is not returned within 48 consecutive hours from the time it was rented, then the Vehicle is deemed lost or stolen and a police report will be filed with the local authorities. The data generated by the servers will be treated as conclusive evidence of the period of the usage of the Vehicle by the Rider. If a Vehicle has disappeared or is stolen, the Rider must immediately report to Xxxx.
