LOTS 11 AND 12. The Framework Prices for Goods offered under Lots 11 and 12 shall be determined either by the outcome of a Further Competition held in accordance with clause 3.1 of Schedule 5 (Ordering) or, where the Supplier offers under Lots 1 to 10 (inclusive) the same Goods as ordered by the Contracting Body, at no more than the price in effect at the date of the submission of a response made under the Further Competition.
