LOWER MAINLAND COMMITTEE. There shall be established a Lower Mainland Committee composed of two (2) representatives from each Lower Mainland local of the Union covered by this Agreement and one (1) representative from the Union (ILWU - Canada) on the one hand, and a similar number of representatives from the Association on the other. The Lower Mainland Committee shall meet without delay at the request of either Party.
