  • Apprentice Wages (a) Apprentices’ rates of pay are set out in Appendix B which includes the description of the calculations.

  • Shift Rotation Routine shift rotation is not an approach to staffing endorsed by the Employer. Except for emergency situations where it may be necessary to provide safe patient care, shift rotation will not be utilized without mutual consent. If such an occasion should ever occur, volunteers will be sought first. If no one volunteers, the Employer will rotate shifts on an inverse seniority basis until the staff vacancies are filled.

  • London Living Wage 38.1 Without prejudice to any other provision of this Agreement, the Grant Recipient shall (and will ensure that their consultants, contractors and sub-contractors shall):

  • Overtime Banking Employees desiring to bank overtime may elect to do so under the following criteria: * The half time associated to overtime may be banked up to a total of 24 hours per calendar year. This limit may be replenished throughout the year. * Banked time must be taken in full day increments or the employee may elect to receive the pay. * Employees must have cleared or be scheduled to clear their hours account by December 15. If the account is not cleared then the employee will be paid the balance in cash. * Payment will be based on the current rate of pay at the time the banked time is used. * Time off must be requested in advance, unless bona fide illness. (Company will monitor) * Time off will be subject to Company service requirements and no additional cost to the Company. * Implementation of the Overtime Banking arrangement will be subject to the development of an appropriate computer system.

  • Overtime Bank All overtime remaining in an employee’s overtime bank at the end of the calendar year following that in which it was earned shall be paid out by the University.

  • Hourly Wage Rates The Employer shall pay wages to every employee covered by this Agreement at the rates set forth in Schedule "A" hereunto annexed in respect of the various classifications therein contained. Schedule "A" shall be deemed to be contained in, and form a part of this Agreement.

  • Integrated Digital Loop Carriers The feeder portion of some loops may be provide by means of Integrated Digital Loop Carrier (IDLC). IDLC provides a fiber optic cable transmission path that travels directly into BellSouth’s central office local switch. Where BellSouth uses IDLC ,if technically feasible and capacity does exist, BST will provide Al-Call with a Designed DS0 UVL by using alternative provisioning techniques including but not limited to such as “hairpinning” and DAC grooming. Alternative provisioning techniques will be provided at no additional cost to Al-Call . Hairpinning involves providing a DS0 signal from an IDLC-served loop to Al-Call ’s collocation equipment by using a dedicated pathway that traverses BellSouth’s central office switch. BellSouth will provide such DS0 signal to Al-Call by establishing a copper cross connect between the BellSouth switch and Al-Call ’s collocation equipment.

  • Minimum Wage The Contractor and the Surety, in consideration of the award of this Contract to the said Contractor, jointly and severally for themselves, their heirs, executors, administrators, and successors or assigns hereby agree to pay all employees in and about the construction or performance of the work under this Contract in accordance with the schedule of wages contained in the Instructions to Bidders for work in any trade or occupation listed therein. The Contractor shall make wage reports as required by said Instructions. Strict compliance with said minimum wage requirements is demanded by the Owner and shall be considered as of the essence of this Contract. It is hereby agreed that the City of Milwaukee by its Milwaukee Board of School Directors shall have the right at all times to examine all persons employed upon the project by the Contractor and carryon and make such investigations as it may deem necessary to see that the terms of this agreement, relating to such wage payments, are being fully observed.

  • Overtime Meal Employees requested to work more than two (2) hours overtime after completion of their regular shift, will be given one-half (1/2) hour on Company time to eat their lunch and will be given seven dollars ($7.00) meal money.

  • Wage This agreement is covered under Living Wage provisions if this section is initialed by COUNTY This agreement is subject to the provisions of Santa Cruz County Code Chapter 2.122, requiring payment of a living wage to covered employees, if item #16 above is initialed the COUNTY. Non-compliance during the term of the contract will be considered a material breach and may result in termination of the Agreement or pursuit of other legal or administrative remedies. If a contract for Living Wage covered services in excess of $50,000 is terminated prior to its expiration, any new contract with a subsequent contractor for the same services must include this term: “CONTRACTOR shall make best efforts to offer employment to qualified employees of the prior contractor for the performance of this contract.
