The minimum wage scale for the duration of the work will be fixed at the then current and applicable Prevailing Wage Rate as determined by OAR 839-025-0020(6).
To the extent that work is performed as part of an applicable “public works” or “maintenance” project, where the total compensation is $1,000 or more, PM agrees to fully comply with and to require its Consultant(s) to fully comply with all requirements of the Prevailing Wage Laws.
