Luncheon Meetings. No more than four (4) business luncheon meetings of the Association will be held annually from 12:30 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. on days to be determined by discussions between the District representatives and the Association’s Mutual Concerns Committee. Once a calendar has been tentatively agreed to between the District and the Kalamazoo Education Association (KEA), a draft copy will be provided to the KSP president, and the KSP will then respond within two (2) weeks of having received said draft with tentative luncheon meeting dates for the unit.
