M Day Bank Maximum Hours. An employee’s M Day bank shall not exceed 15 hours. All time in excess of 15 hours shall be paid to the employee at his regular straight-time rate in Pay Period 01 of the immediately following payroll year.

Maximum Hours No employee shall be scheduled for more than ten (10) hours per day, or for more than forty-eight (48) hours per week, unless mutually agreed otherwise by the Employer and the employee.
Minimum Hours All employees shall be paid their regular hourly rate for each hour worked except where employed for less than four (4) consecutive hours per day, in which event they shall receive a minimum of four (4) hours pay. An employee who is called for work and upon reporting finds that his or her services are not required shall receive two (2) hours pay.
Increase in Hours When additional hours are assigned to a part-time position on a regular basis, the assignment shall be offered to the employee in the appropriate class with the greatest bargaining unit seniority. If the senior employee declines the assignment, it shall be offered to the remaining employees in the class in descending order of bargaining unit seniority until the assignment is made.
