MAINLINE PAVING. This agreement made and entered by and between the Contracting Authority, IOWA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION and Contractor, XXXXX, X.X. & SONS, INC. Vendor ID: MO480 City: ELKADER State: IA It is agreed that the notice and instructions to bidders, the proposal filed by the Contractor, the specifications, the plan, if any, for project(s) listed herein, together with Contractor's performance bond, are made a part hereof and together with this instrument constitute the contract. This contract contains all of the terms and conditions agreed upon by the parties hereto. Contractor, for and in considerations of $ 17,442,584.75 payable as set forth in the specifications constituting a part of this contract, agrees to construct various items of work and/or provide various materials or supplies in accordance with the plans and specifications therefore, and in the locations designated in the Notice to Bidders. When Southern Telecom or its authorized agent owns the splitter, Line Splitting requires the following: a non-designed analog Loop from the serving wire center to the NID at the End User’s location; a collocation cross connection connecting the Loop to the collocation space; a second collocation cross connection from the collocation space connected to a voice port; the high frequency spectrum line activation, and a splitter. The Loop and port cannot be a Loop and port combination (i.e. UNE-P), but must be individual stand-alone Network Elements. When BellSouth owns the splitter, Line Splitting requires the following: a non designed analog Loop from the serving wire center to the NID at the End User’s location with CFA and splitter port assignments, and a collocation cross connection from the collocation space connected to a voice port.
